The City of Eloy has entered into a joint collection program
with the state and the Arizona Department of Revenue
collects their city transaction privilege tax. If your business
activity is subject to city transaction privilege tax, please
read below for information on obtaining the Arizona Department
of Revenue transaction privilege tax license. If you are not

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE JOINT COLLECTION PROGRAM
The Arizona Department of Revenue
issues city transaction privilege tax licenses for
cities that have entered into a joint collection program
with the state. They are commonly referred to as Program
Cities. The fees vary from city to city, and a listing of
participating municipalities and fees is provided on the Arizona
Joint Tax Application.
The Arizona
Joint Tax Application (JT-1) form can be filed online or
the form can be downloaded from Arizona Department of Revenue
website. Answers to questions can be found on their website or
